Every artwork at Pencil Spark is made to order with care. Because each print is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction matters deeply. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a full replacement or refund — no questions asked. We want every collector to feel completely confident in their purchase.
