02 Limited Edition Policy
Every Pencil Spark artwork is released as a limited edition of 50 prints. Once all 50 editions of a work are sold, the edition is permanently closed. We will never reprint, re-release, or create additional editions of any closed work under any circumstances.
Edition numbers are assigned at the time of purchase and recorded on your Certificate of Authenticity.
03 Pricing Policy
All prices on pencilspark.com are final. We do not offer discounts, promotional codes, sales events, or negotiated pricing under any circumstances. The price you see is the price — always.
04 Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to accurately represent artworks including dimensions, colours, and edition counts. However, colours may appear slightly different on different screens and in different lighting conditions. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen exactly matches the physical print.
If colour accuracy is critical to your purchase, please contact us before ordering and we will provide additional photographs and information.
05 Limitation of Liability
Pencil Spark's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. In all cases, our maximum liability does not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
06 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
Because every Pencil Spark print is produced on demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change mind. However, we stand fully behind the quality of every print we ship.

All Pencil Spark prints are fulfilled through Gelato — a global print-on-demand network. Your artwork is printed at a production facility close to your location and shipped directly to you.
01 How Shipping Works
When you place an order, it is automatically sent to the nearest Gelato production facility in your region. The print is produced and shipped from there — not from Nagpur. This reduces both shipping time and environmental impact.
Your print is made close to you. If you are in Europe, it ships from a European facility. If you are in the US, from a US facility. This is why delivery is faster and more reliable than shipping from India.
02 Delivery Times
Every Pencil Spark print is produced on demand through Gelato's global print network. Production typically takes 2–4 business days, after which your order is shipped from the facility closest to your location.
Estimated delivery times:
-
India: 5–10 business days
-
Europe: 4–9 business days
-
United States: 5–11 business days
-
Australia: 6–12 business days
-
Rest of the World: 7–18 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods. We will notify you with tracking information once your order ships.
03 Shipping Costs
Every artwork includes worldwide shipping in the listed price, allowing you to focus solely on the work itself.
04 Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are shipped with tracking included. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, contact us at studio@pencilspark.com.
05 Packaging
All Pencil Spark artworks are delivered framed and ready to display. Each piece is carefully packaged in protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
06 Customs and Import Duties
Because prints are produced locally in most regions, customs duties rarely apply. However, for orders shipped internationally across customs borders, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these fees.
Pencil Spark takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Every Pencil Spark limited edition print includes a Certificate of Authenticity delivered by email. Each certificate is digitally signed and embossed by the artist, confirming the artwork's authenticity, edition number, and ownership.
01 What the Certificate Contains
-
Artwork title and series name
-
Edition number (e.g. 12 of 50)
-
Certificate ID in the format PS-[Series]-[Year]-[Code]-[Edition]
-
Artist name — Sachin Sathawane
-
Year of production
-
Signature of the artist
-
Pencil Spark studio stamp
02 How Editions Are Numbered
Edition numbers are assigned sequentially in the order purchases are completed. The first buyer of any work receives Edition 1 of 50. The last buyer receives Edition 50 of 50. There is no hierarchy of value between edition numbers — each is equally authentic and equally limited.
Once 50 editions are sold, the edition is permanently closed. No further prints of that artwork will ever be produced. The Certificate of Authenticity is your permanent proof of ownership within the edition.
03 Lost or Deleted Certificates
Because Certificates of Authenticity are delivered digitally by email, they cannot be physically damaged. If you lose access to your certificate or require a new copy, contact us at studio@pencilspark.com with your order number. We maintain records of all certificates issued and can reissue your Certificate of Authenticity upon request.
04 Resale and Transfer
You may resell your Pencil Spark print. When reselling, the Certificate of Authenticity should accompany the print. The edition number and certificate ID confirm the work's provenance and authenticity to the new owner.
If you transfer ownership of a print, we encourage you to notify us so we can update our records. This is not required but helps maintain accurate provenance documentation.
05 Verification
The authenticity of any Pencil Spark edition can be verified by contacting us at studio@pencilspark.com with the Certificate ID. We will confirm the edition number, artwork details, and original purchase date from our records.
